“TERRA” means LAND or EARTH and it is an acronym for the TRUST we establish with our clients, the EXPERTISE we possess with respect to our industry and market, the RESOURCES we bring to the home sale process, the RESULTS we consistently achieve, and the dedicated ADVOCACY we provide for the sellers and buyers we represent.
The principals and agents of TERRA Properties have vast collective experience serving both selling and buying clients dating back to 2003. Coming from a variety of backgrounds that include, sales management, architecture and human resources, our real estate consultants gravitated to residential real estate for several reasons: a passion for working with people and solving their problems; the constantly evolving nature of the business; the opportunity to continuously expand our knowledge and skills; and finally, we were all attracted to the chance to build a successful business based on referrals from satisfied clients.
